Service Description

If you're short on time but still want to meet the goats, learn a little bit about goat trekking, and get some awesome photos, join us for a GOATreks Experience! This one hour introduction to goat trekking will be held in the peaceful forest of the Abajo mountains halfway between Monticello and Blanding. Depending on your interests, we can take a short approximately mile long hike through the forest or have an accessible introduction to the goats at a scenic spot in the forest. Water and soft drinks will be provided. Unfortunately, small children can spook the goats so our hikes with goats are best suited for people fifteen and up. If you have small children in your group, please enquire about a custom hike without goats. We love animals, but due to safety concerns dogs and other pets are not permitted on goat hikes. Cancelation Policy

We offer full refunds minus the 3% service fee for cancelations made 24 hours in advance. In the event of illness or other extenuating circumstances occurring closer than 24 hours, please contact us to see what accommodations can be made.
